OnResumeFailed

Occurs when call is cannot be resumed. It is possible if the remote party doesn’t support call pausing/resuming.

CallToken – the ID of failed to resume call.

ResponseCode – the response code from SIP response packet. Please see RFC 3261 for the list of response codes
