SkyWire Video SDK with MPEG4

The SkyWire Video SDK  allows for Delphi Developers to add Video and Synchronized Audio to their Win32 Applications.

Servers built with the SDK can support PocketPC Clients via MPEG4. Using the same video capture techniques, Cell Phone Clients can be supported also.

SDK includes complete recording and playback ability.
