Stateless Socket Support

ASTA normally runs using tcp/ip which maintains state or a connection between client and server. Howerver, in order to default firewalls ASTA clients can run stateless using http tunneling. ASTA clients can also use blocking calls for use in CGI and Isapi DLL's.
