Users can record, modify, and generate reports on intakes, ctivities, outcomes, case notes, surveys and assessments, case management goals, referrals, financial assistance, and more. The program also provides an announcement service, a library of downloadable files, a directory of referral agencies, and volunteer information tracking. The ASTA middleware that is woven into both the client and server applications facilitates all of these features.
